Leading media investment company, GroupM, is positioned to shape the next era of media where "advertising works better for people".
Launched in 2020, GroupM's GradX Africa Program is a 12-month long, full-time 360-degree media training program for South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. Simplr was tasked to bring this e-learning program to life, ensuring a cohesive and polished appearance carefully crafted to reflect GroupM's modern visual language.
We started with the design of the overall visual language of the course modules and opening animations, which involved creating a unified look and feel to help users engage with the program, absorb information, and have an enjoyable learning experience. This was followed by the curation of an all-encompassing program with bespoke virtual sets.
In collaboration with Motionworx, we filmed the speakers against green-screen backgrounds and created captivating virtual sets to enhance the various module presentations. This ensured a polished final product, making the course material accessible and entertaining to all students.
A carefully crafted visual language, uniquely designed for a 12-module online course platform, serves as its distinctive visual identity. It enhances user engagement and learning effectiveness through thoughtful choices in color, typography, navigation elements, and graphics.
